I ordered a Blu-ray on a Rakuten marketplace which never arrived. The status of the package appears as delivered in the mailbox even though I did not receive anything, that I was at my home that day due to confinement and that my telephone number was indicated. No response on the phone support of Top Chrono, expeditious response by email with the photo of the mailbox of the guards of my building which is not planned for that. They did not receive anything and I have complete confidence in them. No questioning, my word against theirs, terrible service, to flee!
