I called and talked with Keith about a specific vehicle we were looking for. There was one on the lot, but had a few more bells and whistles that we didn't necessarily need. He called me back within an hour and said he found the exact car we wanted - it was on another lot. Told him where I needed to be on payments and he got the financing. Had all the paperwork done ahead of time, went in that evening and drove away in our new car. Everyone was very nice and helpful. I was very impressed with their service department too - which was still open at 7pm. The service people took the time to explain the warranties and what Ray Chevrolet offers for service.

Keith followed up with me a couple days later to see if we had any questions or concerns. Everything was perfect! I would definitely recommend Ray Chevrolet.
