Did not show up for the scheduled appointment and customer service was rude and unwilling to resolve this issue! Quote from a Gillece Manager "I don't have to give you my name...What are you going to do, file a class action law suit against me, ha ha ha" I've used their service two times in the past but I will never call on them again.
