Unfortunately this is a habit at Sofitel, despite a beautiful picture frame reality is well below with a level of service very disappointing.
Voice a list of the main defaults of the hotel:
. Small room with a very persistent stale smell
. Very few storage possibilities
. Everything is counted, 2 capsules of coffee a day for 2 people, minimum of product of sdb
. Very random cleanliness, a lot of dirt in the furniture
. Restaurant service of very poor quality
. Stress standing at breakfast looking for someone to have a coffee
. Very average quality of food
. Task on all pool mattresses and chairs, restaurant chair or bar
. Carpet stained in the room, as often at Sofitel (ex Essaouira).
. Unhelpful staff
etc., etc
Sofitel sinks more and more and is today far behind many other hotels in this category.
I decided to avoid the chain from now on
