Minimum service at concierge desk: when checking out, luggages were dropped off at our feet at lobby. And as we walked towards our car, passing in front of the concierge desk, with an empty lobby and no guests to attend to, the staff standing by did not even proposed to help us (although, at a 5 starts hotel, staff would carry your luggages and help you arrange them in your car).
Overall, I was expecting more in terms of service and attention as a platinum member.
If this is the best Sofitel can do, then management needs to worry, as competition is fierce and cheaper!
