Hey Hatfield, how about cross training your people...

Hey Hatfield, how about cross training your people? It's not good for business when a customer never gets a call back and then you tell him you can't do anything until next week.

Had recall work done here almost a month ago. For whatever reason, the paperwork hasn't gone through Chrysler. Tried to check on the status of that so I can get the real problem fixed under warranty and was told the only guy that does that is off until next week.
