HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE- trust me, go to Toyota Direct instead.

My Land Cruiser needed a radiator. The assistant service manager advised me to also have the hoses replaced as the truck was 22 years old. I agreed to pay the extra cost to have them all replaced and they began. They were done on time, but a week later my radiator dumped all its fluid 75 miles from home. Turns out they never actually replaced any of the hoses (that I paid them several thousand dollars to do). I had to have my wife drive to mansfield to get me and bring me back to columbus for work, after we had it towed to a dealer there to get fixed...and then we had to drive back up there (and back) in her car for me to pick it up... that's 75 miles each way. Germain flipped the bill on the repair obviously because they messed up, but I was out half a days pay, and so was my wife, plus over 200 miles of travel and my weekend plans were obviously cancelled all because a "certified technician" and an "assistant manager" couldn't communicate and get me what I paid good money for. I called the Germain Toyota general manager on Monday, and as of late morning Thursday he has not bothered to return my call. These things happen, people mess up, but it is examples like this that show you the true character of management, they never even apologized, just told me they would pay for the work another dealer had to do to fix their mistake.
