Been with crescent wealth for over 5 years but very disappointed with their customer service.

Its been a nightmare dealing with Crescent wealth to withdraw my super into an SMSF. I have sent 5 emails over the past six weeks but only have only had responses to 2 emails. Have called numerous times and even after receiving confirmation they have all the documents, I have had false promises on when the super will be transferred across.
