I ve tried working directly with insurance companies in the past and was not successful. So when a neighbor recommended five star I thought I d give them a shot. I was very pleased at the professionalism and the ownership they took of my claim. It was a very long process but they remained optimistic and kept reassuring me. Outside of the duration of the whole process, I was very pleased because I got everything I expected. And like my neighbor, I would highly recommend FiveStar as well.
