The care was good from Dr. Macdonald, but they partner with numerous payment groups who harass you by calling at all kinds of inconvenient hours to demand either immediate full payment or setting up accounts. Then the hospital will partner with another group and you have to repeat the process. I paid over $800 on my bill in June, 2020, and over $500 within two weeks. One week after this massive dent above and beyond normal monthly payments (my monthly payment was $137) I get an angry letter demanding the full amount or it would be turned over to collections. A friend of mine told me he was turned over while on workman's comp which is ILLEGAL. Another friend spoke of someone they sued to get less than a dollar. If you have a choice, DON'T USE THESE PEOPLE. They would make excellent employees of a loan shark.
