We have always purchased tech stuff online, and this time we ordered a MICRO SD 128GB, SAMSUNG EVO. It can defected and it was Christmas holidays by the time it arrived, and you are only given 14 days to process a refund for product defects.

I ordered on 16 Dec 2017. So by the time i highlighted the issue, it was past 14 days. Also, i thought i did not know how to use the product, and by the time i try it on my friend's phones, i realize the product is spoiled.

I am quite surprised to see the reviews here, i should have checked the reviews before i purchased an item on LAZADA.

The platform did not allow us to leave a review for the seller, there was an ERROR. And when I reached out again, they said i never reported this issue.

Their customer service actually tried calling me a few times in Jan 2018 but i was either in a meeting or overseas.

Then they did not even email or do anything else to follow up.
Super bad experience. They said they will take measures to ensure this will not happen again. And i told them, it will definitely not happen again because i will never purchase with LAZADA again.

And they offered to give a maximum of $10 apology voucher. The lady who offered the apology letter disconnected as i did not reply the chat within a few minutes, and i had to start a LIVE CHAT again. I am still waiting for their email and $10 voucher.
