This was always a wonderful gallery, but the long awaited renovation is astounding. New spaces have been created, and exhibition area has been increased. The new work, especially the space between the Dargan and Milltown wings, is ambitious and sensitive to the original building, and the restoration of the Shaw Room is a triumph.
