Do not control quite a lot. We had ordered their 'afternoon tea', which they were largely unaware of, even though they advertised with it.
Thin coffee, weird tea and a very small table where you had to put the thermoses on the floor.
Payment could not be found out either, so I had to send an e-mail afterwards.
