Very very very bad experience with this TPA.
My claim got approved long back and they did not pay the amount to me.
They won't transfer the call to any superiors/FM.
They will not check inbox mails from the customers.
Always they say server is down ,that'y the credit got delayed.
Never take this as TPA... u have to suffer like anything.

Very poor service, illiterate staff, claim payment delay more than 50 days. Unnecessary query letter for claim processing. It can not give good service to corporate customers.

Rude staff and they are not at all interested in giving claims .

The toll free telephone number printed on policy of The New India Assurance Co. was not picked up . Further insurance company did not incoporated the contact details of TPS on the policies issued by it. Inconvenience to clients/customers in absence of these.

Worst company every I wish I can give -ve points on this one. Claim delayed for more than 3 months. Unnecessary query request why can't they not request whatever they need at the time of document submission. Pathetic is even better word if one thinks about this insurance co.
