On 21 December 2011 James Igawa took me in to get an appraisal on my vehicle. Not only did Honda Windward NOT give me an appraisal on my vehicle, but they lied to me and my family about everything. He goes on to tell me about his whole life story while I'm sitting there waiting. I asked to get an appraisal on my car and he told me my car was worthless and that his secondary manager "Aaron" would try to help me out. The next day when he said he would call he lied and did not. I called later that day and asked for some kind of update but before I could check the mail and make a second trip to Kaneohe I received a letter in the mail that i wasn't gonna be helped. I did not make a second trip and never received any further help. They did not make a believer out of me at all!!!
