I've used Richer Sounds for buying my equipment since the 1980s. The original London Bridge store was always a first go to for speakers,CD players,DVD recorders, tape decks, whatever I wanted. The staff were always helpful and the prices the best in the UK. Recently my Marantz CD player I had for 30 years gave up the ghost. I saw that Cambridge Audio CD players were being offered at terrific prices. Kai gave me a great deal on a Topaz CD10. Unfortunately it did not work properly so the next day
Steve gave me a brand new spanking machine with a smile and a substantial discount. The new shop in Tooley Street is a bit of a walk from Thomas Street but the atmosphere of the shop and pleasantness of the staff made it a thoroughly enjoyable experience.
