Booked was loud "filter", a hotel with breakfast, fitness and sauna. The hotel itself is great, nice staff, great breakfast, also coffee to go. The location is great. The rooms are nice and spacious.
The fitness is 5-10gehminuten in Potsdam and the sauna in the basement, a useless, closed construction site. This is not noted anywhere and therefore you are literally cheated as a customer. Had you known, you would have booked somewhere else .... VERY bad
