Will came on time, accurately diagnosed the problem, explained the situation, proposed the solution and did the work flawlessly. I couldn t be happier with his job. It wasn t easy and another plumber the day before had declined to even try. It was a fix to a very old broken flange that sat too high and made it impossible to install a new toilet. I will absolutely call Will again if something else goes awry.
