After some unsuccessful attempts in the past, I spent a good bit of time looking for someone to help me sort my credit out. I took a leap of faith and entered into an agreement with White, Jacobs, and Associates working specifically with Will Smith. For a messy as my credit picture was, the process getting it cleaned up was straightforward from a client perspective. Will asked me about my goals and got started.

The first step was to get full credit reports, which Will walked me through. From there, all I had to do was check my mailbox regularly for letters from creditors and credit bureaus and take them to Will. That s it.

The long and the short of it is that the process was simple, and the resulting changes in my credit scores were more than I expected. Will was courteous, prompt with replies to my communication, and kept me updated regularly.

A year later I am reaching back out to have them look over my credit again as I ve had a couple of things pop up. I am confident that they will get things sorted again with little hassle. While they are working on mine, I am having them look at a loved one s credit as well - that s how much I trust them to take care of business.
