This is how up to date AirBNB is on Technology. If you haven't used AirBNB recently and you don't know which credit card you used last with them... 4 years ago!!... they have no way to resend you a password reset. And their website site is so poorly programmed, no matter how many times you request for a password reset email, it never arrives. It gets even better, they literally ask what my confirmation number was from my last AirBNB...from 4 years ago... Seriously? Why would I keep a confirmation number for an airbnb reservation from 4 years ago! WHAT A TECHNOLOGICALLY INEPT COMPANY. So to the person at 357 Main Street, Cold Spring, NY, AirBNB just cost you a 4 month reservation.
