This is the best to hold a concert, great seating up close and personal. Seen a few concerts here, including recent Phil Collins and the sound is great and because it's not massive, there is no sound delay when watching the screens. Food and drink stalls are plenty, I ordered 2 X Wagyu beef burger and fries and two beers, not cheap at $60 but actually rather tasty! Facilities are clean and plentiful so you are not waiting ages for anything...well almost anything! The organisation AHEAD of a concert is flawless however after the concert is just so poor. Lines for the lifts and escalators are monitored with only 8 people at most allowed at any one time! I mean you have thousands of people and stopping people from using the escalators is pointless. And then parking, we parked at P1 and I will never again fall into the trap. $25 flat rate which is standard however I wouldn't mind if I didn't have to wait 30mins just to move 5 metres while trying to exit! Getting in was simple, coordinated and smooth sailing. Leaving was just chaos with horns blowing and plenty of angry drivers. Not at all coordinated and simply not worth the trouble next time. Would rather walk 10mins, save $25 and get out in minimal time. Hence the 4 stars...lucky the arena makes up for it!
