I bought an Electrolux oven which started to have issues on its door after only using it a few times.
I have not been able to get a repair done, it has been 6 months since and the customer support keeps telling me the part is not in stock . 6 MONTHS and I keep being dodged every time I call or send an email.

This is not acceptable from a brand that is supposed to be reputable. I can see among the many reviews that I am not the only one and therefore I strongly advise people against buying any Electrolux products.

This is so far the worst customer service I have encountered.
