Such a horrible experience! Would never recommend ...

Such a horrible experience! Would never recommend anyone to buy furniture from them as their service is horrible. I feel like I have wasted lakhs for nothing. There is miscommunication among the employees/departments. I bought a king size with side table, one queen size bed, 1 lounger recliner set, 1 center table, 1 serving trolley.
Here is my experience with them (more like a nightmare):-
1. To start with, we had finalized a dresser too but they never added it in the bill.
2.At first only half the furniture was delivered.
3.. The delivery of king size bed took weeks to come as they kept saying that the previous piece was defected. Therefore, delivery was delayed by weeks.
4. When the lounger recliner set and king size bed were finally delivered the fitter came to arrange it. However, those turned out to be defective. The recliner had electronic fault and the side table of the bed was damaged(fitter confirmed it)
5. What's worse is that the queen size bed has still not arrived and in another week it would complete its one month delay. They just keep shifting the date of delivery and all they do is say "sorry". Every time some different person picks up the phone and all state different date of delivery. We have shifted to a new house and because of the horrible service we have been sleeping on floor and are not able to place order for mattresses as well.

We have to buy other items also but after this experience from hometowm I am never entering that place again.
I suggest the local vendors/shops are better than these so called brands.

Once the bill payment is done they do not care about customers at all.
