TERRIBLE customer service. Placed order almost 10 ...

TERRIBLE customer service. Placed order almost 10 weeks ago and it still hasn't shipped. Tried to get a refund, email response said that someone from accounting would contact me. That was over a month ago. I'm guessing I'll have to go through Visa to get my money back
