I had high hopes based on other reviews, but I was severely let down. I ordered two desks on July 22nd. Uplift's stock was so depleted that I had to configure my desks in a configuration that was not my preference just to get a ship date of August 4th. Then August 4th came and went with no order status change. I called on August 5th and was told that my order was now delayed to August 11th. Not sure why I had to call in to get that information instead of Uplift engaging me. I asked how I could be assured that my order would ship on August 11th since I was already promised a previous date that was not met. The rep assured me that they had 1,000 units coming in and only have 400 people reserving them. Then August 11th came and went with no order status change. I again have to initiate communication to find out what is happening with my order. I once again get told my order is delayed, now until September 1st. I called uplift and they were happy to cancel my order. I appreciate the times we live in right now, but that is no excuse to continue to make promises to your customers to only not fulfill the promise. Also, not communicating with your customers if there is a delay is also not acceptable. The final insult was Uplift was happy to cancel my order instead of trying to make the situation right. I can't speak to the quality of their product nor will I ever be able to because Uplift's customer service is so bad I will not buy their product.
