The worst service centre ever !
I generally never leave bad reviews, but this place is probably the only place I feel the need to review and share my experience

The technician who took my laptop just said
There is water damage and did not even take a look at the laptop

The laptop is fine and and there was no water damage , he just did not want to look into the issue , I told him no liquid was spilled and the computer turned off on it s own , instead of investigating the issue he just updated the case as water damage and gave me a slip

It was absolutely unacceptable and unprofessional way of handling a customer and not listening to the issue and jumping to conclusions

The store was good and the people in the store are nice but I cannot say that about the service center

Extremely disappointed
