Ordered a phone - was surprised to see it said I'd have to wait 7 business days for dispatch as most competitors do next day delivery. 7 business days came and went. I heard nothing. I emailed and was told that "the batch had failed quality control". I said no problem - there are 2 similar phones advertised on your website currently, just send me one of those. The response was that those phones had failed quality control too!

I asked what the latest time was that they'd dispatch. They said to wait another week. I have. Guess what? No phone and no contact from them.
I've just emailed to ask for a full and immediate refund. If they don't do this I'll be reporting them to Trading Standards and taking them to the Small Claims court.
How can ALL their phones fail quality control? I can only conclude that either its a lie or they buy very poor quality stock. Either way, you'd be ill advised to buy from these people. There are far more reliable companies out there.
