I started out with a simple leaky tap. The plumber from Omega came in and offered me 3 quotes and kept insisting I join their plan. Unfortunately, I don t have the income to do that. The quotes he gave seemed expensive, but I was rash when I should have been shopping around. He also said I had high water pressure and because of that that I wouldn t be covered by any warranty. I understand that their would be problems (although the actual problems of the high water pressure were never explained and I was upset when he said the front yard would needed to be dug up), but i didn t think that after 11 days the hosing under the sink would be leaking. I should have just stuck with the leaky tap. Now I have a problem that s a lot worse and no warranty. I just feel really taken advantage of.
