I had no knowledge of what public adjusters did when I was referred to Five Star but I gave them a call and I could not be more pleased with the results. Scott, the adjuster who I worked with, did all the work on my claim. The company kept me updated throughout the entire process. Within 2 weeks my claim was settled and I am extremely pleased with the results. I will not hesitate to call them again in the event I need to make another insurance claim.
