I recently had a water and mold issue in my basement. It was extensive. I contacted Remediation Group and Reuben was my point man. He stepped in the same night and got his crew out there and securing my property. It's been an absolutely seamless experience. I cannot say enough about Alec M. the general manager for the re-construction crew. He has been exceptional. Always prompted and responsive. He has consistently keep me in the loop and updated on the progress. The basement looks GREAT!!!!! MUCH BETTER THAN I HAD HOPED. And kept me IN BUDGET. I will definitely call them again and again if needed. Kudos to all the staff and thanks Betsy for keeping me on track as well. Mrs. Duckett.
