On 4/14/2020, I attempted to purchase food through the Uber eats app. The payment was processed and debited from my account. Immediately after I received a message on the app saying the the order was canceled by the restaurant, they were no longer taking orders. Another message stated that the funds would be credited back to my account. After 10 days of waiting with no response or update I reached back out to the Uber Support. After my second attempt I finally got a response, on 4/27/2020. I was told that there was a temporary hold on my account because of the canceled order and I should receive the refund within 3-5 business days. It is now 5/10/2020, almost a month later and I still have not received my refund or any further update. Not only that, the customer support is none existent, no numbers to call and no direct online chat. I understand things are moving slower during this pandemic but it should not take a month to receive a $15 refund when I have been a customer and driver on the platform for over 5 years now. That is crazy!!!
