Just rung up to find out something about stock availability and the young gentlemen on the other end of the phone was very rude and couldn't wait to hang up. I was very polite in the process!! not what you want from a store that is meant to be the biggest in London, Unhappy customer, will be shopping elsewhere after being here loads of times to buy things.
