Absolutely loved our short stay at the Montage! Practically brand new with top of the line, classically decorated accommodations/rooms/bathrooms/bedding, and acres and acres of land/space to walk and bike and run around the property and the various lodging types (cottages, villas, and the main lodge hotel). The Octagon bar in the main hotel has fantastic live music in evenings and during weekend brunches, along with great food (same menu as the Jassamin restaurant connected to it in the main floor). Highly recommend the brunch buffet - way better than average brunch/lunch food, a bit expensive but very good. We also at in one of the villages at Buffalo s for brunch and loved that - the Biscuit Bar buffet is filling and wonderful, and cheap at $25 compared to the Octagon buffet in the main hotel. We did a 2 hour guided kayak tour with Wayne which was a highlight, and did a semi private skeet shooting session on the property which was great - though they could have been more efficient with instruction to allow us to shoot more per person. Beautiful grounds, super nice staff. Activities are expensive but really fun!
