When my wife and I were ready to purchase our first home here in Chicago, we didn t have much of a network to ask about finding a relator since we were new to the city. Matt is an uber professional, and you can tell he takes pride in his work. Perhaps most striking about him is how responsive he is to calls and emails. In our neighborhood, houses sell within 24 hours of being listed, so having someone so accessible and on it was very reassuring. Secondly, Matt is extremely knowledgeable and experienced in the Chicago market, and guided us through not just finding the right home, but also navigating the tedious portions of the buying process like the inspection, financing, titling, etc. We can t say enough about how polished and professional Matt is. He always had a suit and tie on, was punctual, and was always prepared for our phone conversations and in-person meetings. I took these qualities for granted until our final walk through when the seller s relator showed up late wearing a Hawaiian shirt and shorts, without keys to the unit, and a bunch of excuses for making us wait while he ran back to office for the correct keys. We were nearly late to closing because of that, and I remember talking to my wife on the drive over about how happy we were to have someone like Matt on our side.
