I went to DCH Paramus Honda to get my '09 Accord's A/C fixed even though I just replaced the compressor and coil 4 months prior back in Texas. Juan helped me through the whole process and communicated clearly with me what the plan was to fix the A/C, even though the problem should have never surfaced. I cannot express enough how pleased I am with the customer service, the communication throughout the process, and the fact that my Accord is blowing cold air again. Thanks Juan you were awesome man!
