Terrible at keeping their appointments - I had scheduled a clean up on a Tuesday and they never showed up..when I called they said they have me booked on Friday and not Tuesday - I had made the appointment for Tuesday and written it down on my calendar right away so I know I didn't get the date wrong.

Friday came along and they didn't show up again!.....When I called them, they said they will call me back and let me know what time they were coming. No one called back. So I called AGAIN.... then they said they have us down for service but had us down for the wrong TYPE of service and may not be able to come!

Mr Newman: I have given my business to another pool service that I found in the yellow pages..they're excellent and I will not be coming back to "Beauty Pools"
I had taken 2 days off of work and sat around at home waiting for them for nothing!!

I hope their customer service improves or else I shall have to take my business else where! Very poor customer service!
