Arrived at Schiphol at 21.15 in the evening at NH hotel Schiphol. You could take the shuttle bus for free to the hotel, which would run every 15 minutes. Have waited 45 minutes. Arrived at the hotel the check-in took 20 minutes. They would book the breakfast for the next morning. Next morning at breakfast it was said that no breakfast was booked for us. And then the breakfast was also 3, - more expensive 20.90 total per person. When checking out the invoices did not stand at the counter for long. Meanwhile at the shuttle bus, the driver became very impatient and irritated. There was little luggage space says the driver should have come earlier had there been room. He started to scold us that we had to hurry because he had to leave, but we stood because the invoices were incorrect at the reception. The driver became so angry that he said now boarding or you will not go. Another 30 seconds and the bus doors will close. I have never seen such an unfriendly staff at a hotel. Certainly not a nice start to our holiday.
