As a lover of English literature (even if she is not a fan of Shakespeare) the visit here could not be missed. Very nice, well reconstructed and very faithful to the original. I arrived at the opening time and had to wait twenty minutes for the guided tour. While waiting, you can see some rooms furnished for tourists and there are cabins where you can listen to some monologues drawn from comedies and tragedies. I had just started to feel or not be acted by kennet branagn when they called for the visit. The guide was very prepared and very pleasant to listen to (and I am a nightmare for all the guides as I ask questions about everything). Sitting where the audience sat in 1500 makes you feel like you are catapulted backwards, especially knowing that every now and then elisabetta went to the theaters in disguise and makes you think if maybe you were sitting right where you are at that moment, even if you know that is not the original. Unfortunately I did not attend any show, and not having paid the ticket because I visited the London pass I bought the bracelet at 1 pound to finance the theater.
