Tamara Dunmoyer Review of Caesar's Paradise Streams

We reported our problems to the management by written letter after our first night in the room. We got NO response. The facility has suffered too long from deferred maintenance. The sink in the bathroom wouldn't drain, the heater in the bathroom was hanging loose from the wall. The outlet next to the bed was loose in the wall and would not hold a plug in. The outlet in the bathroom was not working. The paint was chipped. The light in the pool did not work. Paint was peeling off the bottom of the heart-shaped pool. The faucet in the champagne tub leaked hot water constantly. My husband burned his toe when he stepped into it to turn it on for the first time. The bulbs in all the lamps had been replaced with glaring fluorescent bulbs that could kill the hottest romance. The sauna, if you want to call it that was just a dry wall heater with rocks on top that took a long time to warm up and gave no steam or comfort. The place is aged, but some of that might be overlooked if it were at least clean. There were stains and spots all over the carpet in the entry way. There was so much dust in the AC it looked like a stuffed animal had exploded in there. I cleaned the filter myself, but that didn't help the vents. The carpet had a coating of dust all around the edges. The windows and window sills were so dusty I wrote "wash me" on them the morning we left. The ceiling fan had a cover of dust and it had compacted the dust to the surrounding walls and ceiling. The fireplace was useless unless we had bought a faux log for an additional price which the staff didn't even bother to offer.
