We were stuck waiting for hours in the lobby for them to get our paperwork done, way past daylight.
The person who did my financial contract was rude and tried to underplay the bumper to bumper warranty my car already came with to trick us to buy more through them, and when we told him we weren't interested he replied with "well don't be surprised when they won't cover something" in a sarcastic manner that's not respectful at all for someone buying a new car and giving you money.
He tried to get us to sign papers that said I'd had a chance to inspect the vehicle and I'd received the vehicle, when it wouldn't be delivered until the next day, which is super shadey and gave me attitude when I refused to sign them until I actually got the car.
The car was nice and did come the next day, a couple hours late. And while it was in mostly prestine condition there were scratches on the bumper and one on the roof.
I signed the paperwork, and they promised to copy it and send me my copies within the week. It's now been two months and I've still not received my paperwork, and I've called asking for it. The billing information I only just received literally the day before the bill is due, on a holiday at that.
All in all I've had a horrible experience with this place, the only saving grace being I like my car despite the shadey rude service I've received. I'm going to have to call again to complain and find out why I still haven't received my contract copies.
