Horrible, wish I could have given 0 stars. I am the listing agent, they were doing the loan for the buyer. First of all, they didn't even tell the buyer they were ordering the appraisal. Then, they didn't find out until 3 weeks into the transaction that they couldn't even do a loan on this condo project. You THINK they might have figured that out before their buyer spent over $1000 on inspection and appraisal??? And now my seller has to start from scratch and find a new buyer, all because this awful company didn't do their research upfront. Thanks AimLoan!!!
