Terrible experience! The room was noisy, loud pump noise coming from the roof. Their technician offered us ear plugs! Then got a huge scratch on our car while parked in the valet parking. They promised to pay for but lied and their insurance company is a scam! The room was noisy, loud pump noise coming from the roof. Their technician offered us ear plugs! Poor customer service!
