Joined here with expectations and the place has met all of them. Coaches Eddie and Rob are extremely talented and dedicated, they make sure you are getting the moves right and they are patient, it makes a big difference. Its been just 4 months now and I can see results, have lost almost 6 pounds, have better muscle definition and more stamina. The crowd is fun, encouraging, friendly and a great mix of talent. A great place to work out.
