This company was advertised at Sam's Club in Lake Nona, FL as a great company, no contract. This is COMPLETELY MISLEADING. They force you to accept a 60 months contract, and "get a loan with a bank"to pay for the equipment. I've had significant problems with several pieces of the equipment since installation a year ago, when calling it takes very long time to get someone to answer and then they hang up without finishing the call. I had several false alarms because the alarm goes off for no reason. Last week during an alarm I had to return home as soon as I got the call from the monitoring service. I called back to cancel the alarm and took 9 minutes for a human being to answer. Requested to cancel the call to the police, the monitoring center never cancel. The police was home when I arrived.
