I called the dealership's Parts Department ahead of time to make sure that they had the inventory of the product that I needed and told the individual that I spoke with that I planned on arriving at 7pm. His reply to me was that he had the fluid in stock and that I could arrive at 7pm to purchase the fluid. I arrive at 7:02 to find the department closed and the staff left useless and unaccountable. I live very close to the dealership and refuse to have my car serviced there because of issues like this. I simply wanted to make a purchase and the individual I spoke to, presumably an employee, did not know HIS own department's schedule. The next logical question is: if I cannot trust you to know your own schedule why would I trust you to work on my car? If you have a busy schedule and you don't have time to waste, proceed with caution, although I'm not sure how much more caution I should have employed.
