I am so happy with my experience at Perfect Posture Pilates. I have suffered from low back pain for years and never thought that I could be pain-free. My interest in pilates began once I found out that I was pregnant and I was concerned my low back pain would worsen. I decided to sign up for private sessions with Varvara and I am so thankful that I did. She is truly wonderful and individualizes each and every session based on how I am feeling and my needs. She has a vast knowledge of anatomy which really helps during our sessions together. I am so grateful to have discovered pilates and the wonderful staff at Perfect Posture Pilates.
