Courteous staff, great location , sumptuous breakf...

Courteous staff, great location , sumptuous breakfast, large rooms even if you are staying in their old wing in Heritage type room type. Washrooms and toiletries are world class. Offcourse they can also start moving towards the new age travelers who are more digital, connected, aware of sustainable practices. They allowed early check-in with complimentary breakfast as a trade off from my better room booked which was completely fine. Breakfast do had couple of vegetarian choices as well tasting nice. Above all the helping staff made the stay memorable.
