I received my recovery garment and it doesn't fit....

I received my recovery garment and it doesn't fit. I spoke with a representative before ordering and she stated to order my exact measurements before surgery. Well, I'm smaller now and not receiving the appropriate compression for swelling. It's an excellent support girdle, just incorrect size and I was told that I can not return or exchange. Disappointed I don't have the required size.
