I purchased a 2017 Honda Pilot for my wife for Christmas on December 23rd of this year. This was the by far best car-buying experience I have ever had in my 25-year history of purchasing vehicles! Our salesperson, DJ Addison, was phenomenal! He gave me a great deal on an excellent package that included tons of extras. He followed through with all of the details of the deal we brokered over the phone and attended to every detail to make sure our vehicle was in tip-top condition when we arrived to sign the paperwork. We were in and out in less than an hour! I have to also mention, Jason Norman, my initial contact who continued to check in with me, and Edward Burnett, the finance manager who got me a super rate that was even lower than my credit union. The whole experience from start to finish was great!
