Complete scam. Ordered a Columbia winter jacket during Black Friday/Cyber Monday deals, many other retailers had similar deals. Item was on backorder through Sunny Sports, but was to ship when back in stock. Called several times to get order updates. Almost 2 months later I am being told that they have canceled the order as the item has been discontinued. Its still available on Columbia's website! They also sent the cancelation email to the wrong email address which the customer service representative admitted so how was I supposed to know? AVOID SHOPPING HERE!
